All classes are taught by certified registered teachers that are trained to consider levels of ability and provide advise on modifications and adjustments to poses that may be more suitable for each student. Why Practice Yoga? Yoga teaches us self reflection that is called ‘Svadhyaya’ in the ancient language of sanskrit. It helps us to create a positive environment in which we can grow. With yoga we can become a witness to our actions and surroundings and taking a non-judgmental approach towards ourselves and others we can assess where we are mentally, emotionally and physically at any given time and interact with others with mutual respect.
